I have been practicing real estate for 20 years and have reached many milestones in my career. My first year, I reached 1 million in sales and have increased each year with an average of 6 million in sales per year. This volume has enabled me to serve my clients on a manageable basis. I am a full-time agent, born and raised in the Alton/Godfrey area. I am well-versed in the market and am familiar with the needs of buyers and sellers. At years-end, my stats show I work equally with buyers and sellers, which helps me relate with the demands of listing and selling properties. My business has become 90% referral, which is reflective of client trust and satisfaction of my work. I communicate regularly with my clients and work hard to make it a successful, stress-free transaction. I am approachable, professional and hard-working and make the home buying and selling process a smooth one. I live in Alton with my husband, Chris. We have four adult children, three who are married and three grandchildren. I enjoy gardening, cooking, travel and family time. I love creating a welcoming home, where we have enjoyed many gatherings with family and friends. I am a Sunday school teacher at The Bridge Church, where we are members. I have enjoyed many years of volunteering throughout the community, whether at school or church ministries.
